You may be reffered for admission directly by the specialist or through our Accident and Emergency Unit. The admission process is done at the admission counter.

We need your help to assist us filling up details of Guarantor Form which are contained information of your personal data
What you should bring
- Identity card, passport
- Comfortable clothing (Personal attire)
- Bath towel
- For deliveries - 1 set of baby's attire
- Cash deposits / Guarantee Letter (GL) from company / insurance / Third PArty Administrator
Rooms of your choice
There are a few rooms that you can choose from to cater your need and comfort; ranging from non-air conditioned room to semi private, fully private air conditioned and VIP rooms. However, for the present it will be decided by your specialist which is depend on your conditions and priorities.

* Please leve all valuables at home. If you do have valuables with you, we recommend that you refer to our Ward Staff for safe keeping. However, we will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to your property while in our premises (especially handphone)
Even your electrical bill need deposit
You will be required to place some deposit upon admission. When your bill has exceeded your deposit, further payment will be requested for your subsequent stay in hospital.
Payment method of your choice
- Major Credit card and charge card
- Letter of Guarantee (Panel Companies, Insurance companies, Third party adminstrators)
When name is not enough
You will be given an identification wrist bracelet which you are required to wear at all times for identification purposes.
When you are well enough
You will be discharged upon the recommendation by the specialist. you or your relative will have to make settlement of your hospital bill at the cashier counter (Ground floor). Then collect your medication from Pharmacy at the same floor.
Please refrain your self from smoking in the hospital premises.
You have a choice of Malay and Chinese style of catering. It is served at scheduled time unless your admission is after 11.00am or 4.00pm. Please advise your ward's staff nurses if you need our cafeteria ala-carte or you prefer to bring your own food.

Please request your relatives and friends not to visit outside visiting hours. This is to allow yourself and/or other patients to get as much rest as possible.You are allowed to have only one lodger. In orfer to ensure privacy of ladies' patients, we advise that the accompanied person be of the same sex except for the single room. If you have children when visiting, we need your cooperation to ensure that they be restrained from running around or maikng any undue noises in the wards and patient rooms.
Please ensure that you comply with the following reminders:-
i. Pack all your belongings
ii. Collect your appointment card / medical certificate from the ward
iii. Settle your final bill at cashier (for cash paying / credit card)
iv. Cashless cardholder / GL bearer still need to check with the cashier for final bill.
v. Collect your take-home medications. Our normal discharge time is from 11.30am to 3.00pm. Please wait in the ward until you are notified that your final bill and take-home medications are ready.
